WARRANTY

According to the legislation of the Republic of Latvia the term of building construction warranty is 3 years, but "Domus ECO" goes further. We give a warranty not only for the building itself, but also for the adjusted equipment. Procedure is quite simple. When you disclose a defect, contact us and the solution will be provided in a term mutually agreed. 

 YEARS

Warranty is aplied to all defects occured by using low quality materials or due to inappropriate construction works. Warranty is applied after finishing construction works.

5 YEARS

Warranty is applied to internal engineering network systems like heating, water and sewerage. Terms can vary depending on installations adjusted during construction works. The term of particular installation is provided by the manufacturer in its technical documentation.

5 YEARS

This warranty is applied to defects which can negatively affect immovability of a carrying construction and to technical quality of a roof and foundation.
